About This Agreement
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding agreement governing the relationship between the burma7 platform ("we", "Company") and any person ("player", "you") who uses its websites, mobile applications, and related services ("Services").

The burma7 platform is available to players aged 21 and above only. Under no circumstances may a person under 21 years of age use our services. Age declarations may be verified and we may act on any violations found.
1.2 Myanmar Location
These services are intended for players located in Myanmar. Players accessing from outside Myanmar are solely responsible for checking whether doing so complies with the laws of their country.
1.3 Personal Use
A player may only open an account for their own personal use. Representing, assisting, or transferring funds on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
Account Opening and Management
2.1 One Account Only
Each player may open only one account at burma7. If duplicate accounts from the same person are found, the funds and bonuses in those accounts may be forfeited and the accounts may be closed.
2.2 Accurate Information
You must provide complete and accurate personal information when registering an account. If false information is found, we reserve the right to terminate the relationship immediately.
2.3 Password Security
Your account login credentials are for your use only and must not be shared with any third party. If unauthorised access occurs, you must notify us immediately.
2.4 Account Suspension
burma7 may suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances—
- Violation of these terms and conditions
- Activity suspected to be dishonest or fraudulent
- Financial irregularities or chargebacks
- Found to be under the age of 21
Deposit and Withdrawal Terms
Deposits and withdrawals at burma7 can be made using KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay. The following limits apply to all payment methods—
3.1 Minimum Deposit Amount
The minimum deposit per transaction is 20,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount cannot be processed.
3.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum withdrawal per transaction is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests below this amount cannot be made.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 hour. Once verification checks are complete, funds can be released immediately.
3.4 Deposit and Withdrawal Responsibility
- If a payment error occurs, the player must contact us immediately
- Deposits must be made only from the player's own payment methods
- Deposits from third parties will be returned, and we are not responsible for any losses arising from such transactions
- Transactions can only be submitted in Myanmar Kyat (Ks)
Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
The burma7 welcome bonus gives you 150% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
After receiving a bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 25 times before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
- Example — Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 30,000 Ks → Balance 50,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 30,000 Ks × 25 = 750,000 Ks
- Example — Deposit 420,000 Ks → Bonus 300,000 Ks → Balance 720,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 300,000 Ks × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks
If you attempt to withdraw before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus may expire and any winnings earned from it may be forfeited.
4.3 Games Eligible for Bonus Wagering
The wagering requirement can be met by playing games on the platform. The contribution percentage may vary depending on the game type. Contact our support team for details.
4.4 Right to Modify Promotions
burma7 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion with or without notice. We are not responsible for any losses arising from promotions.
Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
5.1 Dishonest Play Methods
Exploiting software bugs, bonus abuse strategies, using computer bots, and group collusion are strictly prohibited.
5.2 Money Laundering
We reserve the right to report activity suspected of being money laundering, and deposits and withdrawals may be suspended while an investigation is ongoing.
5.3 Prevention of Match Fixing
Any attempt to manipulate or cheat the results of the games we provide will result in the cancellation of all winnings earned by that player and may lead to account closure.
